General Guidelines

General outline guidelines for presentations:

  • Company Overview: tell about your company and your role.
  • Business / Technical Challenge: outline the initial problem to be solved.
  • Solution Selection Criteria and/or System Evolution: walk through the process of how your solution/system evolved, and outline why Arena was the best solution for your needs.
  • The benefits: review how the installed solution fared against the expected results, the return on investment, time to value, etc.
  • Any surprise benefits or unexpected results?
  • How does management view the solution?
  • What are the next steps?
  • Would you do anything differently?
  • What advice would you give to a company in the evaluation phase?
