Training Questions

♦ What sessions will be offered at ArenaSphere?

Training as well as customer presentations will be available. A preliminary schedule is in place. During registration, please indicate what training classes are of interest to you. These classes are subject to change depending on attendee feedback.

♦ How do I sign up for the sessions I want to attend?

Closer to the ArenaSphere event, you will be notified of open registration for specific training classes as well as 1-hour expert consulting sessions times.

♦ How do I receive 1-hour of free consulting time to receive assistance on my project?

Consulting time is limited. We cannot guarantee all attendees will receive free consulting. Priority will be given to the first attendees who register and book their hotel at Caesars.

♦ Do I need my laptop for any of the training sessions?

Yes. You will need your laptop for all hands on training sessions. Plan to bring your laptop and power cord.

Registration Questions

♦ What is the deadline to sign up for ArenaSphere?

-The deadline to reserve your hotel room at the group rate is April 9, 2012.
-The deadline for general registration for new attendees is Friday May 4, 2012.
-The deadline for selecting and changing sessions online is Monday May 7, 2012.

♦ What information will I need for ArenaSphere online registration?

-Credit card number and billing address information
-Arrival and departure dates

♦ If I have registered for ArenaSphere and am unable to attend, can someone else from my company attend in my place?

Yes. Please go to the Policies page for details.

♦ What amount will be charged on my credit card for ArenaSphere registration?

You will be charged the current rate as of the date you register on. See registration page for pricing schedule. You are strongly encouraged to register early.

♦ When will my credit card be charged for ArenaSphere registration?

The registration fee will be billed to your credit card immediately upon registering for the event, and an invoice will be sent to your attention via e-mail.

♦ What are the cancellation policies for ArenaSphere?

Hotel Questions

♦ What information will I need to make hotel reservations?

During the online registration process, you will be asked if you would like to reserve a hotel room at Caesars. To make hotel reservations, you will be asked the following:
   -arrival and departure dates
   -room preferences
   -number of adults and children in room
   -credit card information

♦ Can I call the hotel directly?

No, Rockwell Software has received a special ArenaSphere event rate that will ONLY be available through the ArenaSphere online registration process. Please note: If you go through your travel agent or direct, you will not be eligible for the ArenaSphere hotel rate.

♦ What is the ArenaSphere hotel rate?

The following rates are per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to Clark County Room Tax, currently twelve percent (12%). The ArenaSphere rate is available Sunday, May 13th - Thursday, May 17th. Non-event dates are subject to availability.
-Caesars Palace: $179.00 USD per night, plus tax.

♦ Will my credit card be billed for hotel expenses prior to my arrival?

Yes. The first night room & tax is taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Contact the hotel for any discrepancies in your billing or for additional information.

♦ What is the deadline for ArenaSphere hotel registration?

The deadline for hotel reservations is April 9, 2012.

♦ If I decide later to make, cancel, or add people to my hotel reservation, how do I go about doing that?

The ability to make changes to your hotel registration is available through the ArenaSphere online registration.

♦ What if I forgot to reserve a hotel room or I had problems registering for one online?

You can go back into the ArenaSphere online registration process (even after selecting and paying for classes) and still register for a hotel room, or make changes to your hotel registration.

♦ Can I use a different credit card when I get to the hotel?

Yes. Any other method of payment that the hotel accepts may be used at the time of your departure to cover the nights of your stay or any additional incurred charges.

♦ Can I stay at an unlisted hotel?

Although you're welcome to stay at any hotel you like, due to the logistics during the event, we strongly recommend that all attendees stay in the event hotel. Atendees who do not stay at Caesars will not be registered in the drawings for two free tickets to a Las Vegas show. A discounted rate has also been negotiated with Caesars for ArenaSphere attendees.

♦ Where will ArenaSphere 2012 be held?

ArenaSphere 2012 will be held at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

♦ What is included in my ArenaSphere registration fee?

   -Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks served daily
   -ArenaSphere Registration Packet
   -Wednesday — Hospitality Event
   -Your selected training and presentations sessions

♦ Is there an emergency number during the event?

Yes. The ArenaSphere event office will have an emergency phone number that will be posted at a later date.

♦ Are there any hospitality events during the week?

Yes, on Wednesday – Dinner

♦ Can I bring guests to the hospitality events?

Wednesday Night Hospitality — Yes, there is a $100 charge per guest payable during online registration or during business hours at the event at the information desk.
