Which of the following errata apply to your copy of the book depends on which printing of the book you have. To determine which printing you have, look on the copyright page near the front of the book (the one with the McGraw-Hill logo on the upper left) and about a third of the way down the page you'll find a line with a string of numbers like 1 2 3 4 ... or 2 3 4 5 ... or 3 4 5 6 ... -- the first digit in this string is the printing that you have.
The following apply to both the first and second printing:

Chapter 11 models |
Models 11-1, 11-2a, 11-2b, 11-3, and 11-4 | Each of these models refers to Chapter 10 rather than to Chapter 11 in the entries in the Run > Setup > Project Parameters > Project Title fields. There is no problem with the logic or operation of these models, and the names of the files are correct. The corrected files are linked here: Model 11-1 Model 11-2a Model 11-2b Model 11-3 Model 11-4. |
